Trapline offers a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. The 7-day period starts when you complete your purchase.

To request a refund within the guarantee period, contact us at [support@your-domain.example] and include enough purchase information for us to identify your order.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, Trapline's Merchant of Record and payment processor, and are logged internally. Completing a refund deactivates paid access. Existing records may remain available where stated by the service or required for legal and operational purposes.

After the 7-day guarantee period, refund requests are handled at Lemon Squeezy's discretion under its own policies and applicable law.
